Our innocence, taken away

It has finally happened: Maggie pooped in her bath tonight. We had just gotten done rinsing the soap out of her hair when she all of a sudden put her weight on her left hand, lifted her right butt cheek, and let out a scream. We sat there wondering what the problem was. Then, as we continued to question the situation, these two turds floated out from under our princess. Erin was yelling at me to get the poop…I was saying ‘I ain’t touching that’…I was yelling at Erin to get the towel…Erin was yelling at me to take her out…I was yelling to get the towel first so that Maggie doesn’t get cold. Oh, it was exciting, let me tell you. Needless to say, we have crossed another threshold into the land of true parenthood.

Fun times, fun times! Just wait till she climbs out and poops on the floor, then points at it and says, “Blagh!” That what John does. He thinks he’s so funny.
