I want to be like them

O that we were all like Nell and Jim Hamm: extremely healthy, physically active despite being 65 and 70 years old, and wise enough to prepare for and respect the wilderness. If there was a medal for taking responsibility for one’s self and absolutely refusing to accept a victim mentality, it would be named after these folks.
