I just got back from selling the Jetta. So sad. We’ve had that old thing for six years and almost 100,000 miles. It did pretty well, I have to admit, although I never really liked it.

If you didn’t already think so, y’all can now say you officially know an idiot. I lost the title to the car, making it very difficult to sell it. Luckily, I found someone who really wanted it and was willing to put up with the wait for the new title. It’ll be about a month before he is able to register and drive it. And I lost $500 off of the deal, on account of the inconvenience I put him through by losing the title. I know it’s going to pop out of something one of these days and I am going to be very pissed. Anyway, it’s really good to have that done.

yes, goodbye Jetta. I bought that car in Newport News from who I learned later was a sleezy used car dealer. I paid way to much for it but it was the first car I bought so there will always be a small place in my heart for it.
